Northscroll (“we”, “us”) is a social media and performance marketing studio based in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through northscroll.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you send us through our contact form, email or WhatsApp — such as your name, email, phone number, business name, website or social profile, country, budget and message.
- Basic technical information your browser shares with our web host (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your audit or proposal.
- To deliver services if you become a client, including invoicing.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers to operate our business — for example our web host, email provider (Google Workspace) and scheduling tool. They process data only to provide their services to us.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@northscroll.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
